Mayacamas '02 Chard from the top rack in back was pulled and popped today. Had four in stock and wasn't sure if it had rested well for the past six years. Boy, were we wrong! This one is still going strong, truly tasty and still true to the unique styling for which the vineyard is known. Made a note to try again in two years (w/ oak wood grilled chicken breast w/ a heavy cream sauce over couscous perhaps!), if these kids are not adopted by then.
